Carol's Crusade for a Cure was founded in 2013 by a group of family and friends in memory of Carol Eilbott Klebanow. Battling triple negative breast cancer over the last 8 years of her life, Carol was a true fighter and had an absolute determination to fight and win. She courageously fought this aggressive disease while always comforting and uplifting others by instilling her enormous fortitude in life in everyone around her.
Through various initiatives Carol's Crusade for a Cure will continue to honor Carol's life and the values she possessed to help find a cure for triple negative breast cancer. Carol's Crusade for a Cure is determined to continue the fight by raising awareness and funding to support organizations at the forefront of triple negative breast cancer research. CCFAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Carol's Crusade for a Cure's annual fundraiser, Mani-for-a-Cure, supports Triple Negative Breast Cancer Day (3/3) and benefits the TNBC Foundation.
